Maintenance Contracts & Spares
We can service printers by these manufacturers; TEC, Zebra, Datamax, Intermec, Novexx, CAB, SATO, Printronix and Citizen. Ampersand also offer maintenance on PC’s, Lasers and Dot Matrix printers. We carry a large range of spares and printheads.
We are able to offer on-site and return to base contracts on all the aforementioned printers. These are offered either as four hour response contracts, or eight hour response contracts.
We can offer replacement machines should machines need to be removed for extended repairs, thus ensuring that your business is not affected by this eventuality.
On-site Annual Maintenance Contracts
At Ampersand we offer a range of annual thermal printer maintenance agreements tailored to your specific requirements. Our annual printer repairs service contracts are designed to cover all labour & parts* to give you complete peace of mind. Our standard agreements are based on a nationwide next day engineer to site service but can also offer same day services where required.
Whether you have just one thermal label printer or 100’s on one site or spread across the country, we will be happy to tailor a printer repair service plan for you.
As well as offering peace of mind and great value for money we can also incorporate routine maintenance visits to make sure that your printers are being looked after with the correct cleaning regimes.
Staff training can also be provided.
